2. Research
Methodology
"Research methodology
is the map solve systematically about the research problem." It helps to
analyze examine and interpret various aspects of research works. The research
methodology is followed to achieve the basic objectives and goals of the
research work. The major contents of research methodology followed in course of
this study are as follows:
2.1 Research design
The research study
attempts to analyze the net income of three fiscal year. The fieldwork research
is completely based on analytical as well as descriptive analysis.
2.2 Fieldwork Procedure
Write preparing this report, personal visit was done to
KBC. The Procedures are as follows;
a] The advice and orientation class given
by subject teacher is taken for identifying suitable fieldwork topic.
b] By visiting KBC to get all data and
information.
c] Using statistical tools to derive
concrete solution.
d] Preparing necessary questionnaires about
the project to get the clarity of project.
e] After getting necessary data and
information, then the final report was prepared.
2.3 Method
of data collection
Before the collection of
data, the source data required must be indicated. Data is the backbone of all
fieldwork projects. It is important that which methodology of data collection,
we apply. The useful data are collected for the report from mainly two sources.
A. Primary
Sources
Collection of data from
primary sources is called primary data. Interview was primary data sources of
data. Interviews were taken for meting some specific objective of study. This
primary source gave the original first hand data. As it is known a researcher
expressly to solve the problem under consideration gathers primary data. The
project itself, i.e. KBC was the major source of primary data, in addition to
also being a source of secondary data.
i] Method of
collection of primary data
The method of collection
of the primary data was interviewing, observation method was also applied a bit
and the primary data was gathered by physically, observing the aspects under
research. Interview was taken with the founder and staffs. The answer and the
conclusions were record on sheets of paper, the extracted information gave
valuable sights upon the topic profit & loss analysis. The firm manager
provided data by the following ways.
a] Orally by answering my questions and
b] Raw data recorded in their report sheets
B. Secondary
source

Related books and proposal
of the firm have been the major source of secondary data. Various facts
relation to the KBC has been obtained from related terms, which has been
milestone in the process of preparing the fieldwork project report.
2.4 Tools used
This research is prepared
by using different methods such as tabulation, accounting tools table and
formats are interpreted and explained. In this study, different financial
statistical and accounting tools have been used for analysis, interpretation
and processed the data and information.
